The rate is 315$ per week or 45$ per night. Cheaper then all hotels and equivalent to the youth hostel, you will be at home, have the security and the privacy of a private apartment. Plus, you will be able to prepare your own meals.
For shorter stays, the minimum rate is 225$ for 5 nights.
For longer stays, the rates is based on the weekly fee of 315$, meaning 45$ per night. A special rent can be negociated for longer periods. Do not hesitate to ask.
To reserve your dates, you must pay a deposit of 40% of the total amount, minimum 150$. The deposit is payable by paypal or cash.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIME
The day you arrive, you may arrive after 12pm. You must check out at the latest at 3pm on your last day, so we have time to
clean for the next guests.
